These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jilulu platform, including all games, financial transactions, bonuses, and account management features. Please read them carefully before registering or using any jilulu service. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By accessing the jilulu platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the jilulu Privacy Policy, and any applicable supplemental rules published on the platform.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilulu platform and, if applicable, close your account.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Philippine law governs the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
2.4 The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the jilulu platform following notification of any material changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
Important: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text. A Filipino-language summary is available upon request from jilulu customer support.
Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement. The jilulu platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an account, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling. The Operator enforces this restriction without exception.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You must be physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful, at the time of registration and each time you access the jilulu platform. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of jilulu is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register only one (1) jilulu account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the jilulu registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Capacity. By registering on jilulu, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law, and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in gambling activities.
3.6 Excluded Persons. Persons included in the PAGCOR exclusion list, or who have applied for self-exclusion through jilulu or any other PAGCOR-regulated operator, are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the jilulu platform.
Account Rules
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilulu login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Unauthorised Access Reporting. You must notify jilulu support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account. jilulu's 24/7 support team is available via live chat for such notifications.
4.3 Personal Use Only. Your jilulu account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers, access games, or conduct financial transactions. Sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), the Operator may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals, following unusual account activity, or upon regulatory request. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your jilulu account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable KYC requirements and these Terms. The Operator may retain transaction records as required by applicable law.
Deposits & Payments
5.1 Accepted Methods. jilulu accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT, subject to availability and minimum deposit requirements. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published in the jilulu cashier and may be updated at the Operator's discretion.
5.2 Philippine Peso Currency. All jilulu wallet balances, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
5.3 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any third-party encumbrances. Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, or on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
5.4 No Deposit Fees. jilulu does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers (including GCash and Maya) may apply their own transaction charges, over which jilulu has no control.
5.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment method, you must contact jilulu support with your transaction reference number. The Operator will investigate and, if the funds were received, credit your jilulu wallet within three (3) business days.
Note on GCash Deposits: GCash deposits to jilulu are processed through a secure payment gateway. jilulu does not receive or store your GCash PIN or account password. For any GCash-specific issues, you may also contact GCash support directly.
Withdrawals
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC identity verification. The Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC documentation is satisfactorily reviewed and approved.
6.2 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during operational hours. BPI and BDO bank transfers are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
6.3 Withdrawal to Original Method. jilulu applies an "original payment method" policy where practicable — funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The Operator may require alternative arrangements where this is not technically possible.
6.4 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied in accordance with the specific bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
6.5 Suspicious Activity. The Operator reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, abuse of bonuses, or violation of these Terms. Players will be notified of such delays where legally permissible.
6.6 AML Compliance. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring. jilulu complies with the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act and its implementing regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General. jilulu may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless expressly stated, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account suspension.
7.4 Operator Discretion. jilulu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The Operator also reserves the right to deny bonus eligibility to any Player at its sole discretion where abuse is suspected.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. Some jilulu promotions impose maximum winnings limits on bonus-derived funds. Where such limits apply, they will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse Policy: jilulu employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, and exploitation of software errors. The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where abuse is confirmed.
Game Rules & Fairness
8.1 Certified RNG. All jilulu software-based games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified to produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification details are available upon request from jilulu support.
8.2 Published RTPs. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for jilulu slot and table game titles are published within each game's information panel. These represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at jilulu Casino use physical equipment — real cards, roulette wheels, and dice — operated by professional dealers under camera surveillance. Results are independently verifiable from the video stream and are not algorithmically generated.
8.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, jilulu's server records the state of play at the time of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the round will be completed according to the state recorded at disconnection. The Operator is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the Player's end.
8.5 Malfunction Voids Wagers. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects game outcomes, all wagers placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's wallet at the Operator's discretion. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous outcome caused by a software malfunction are not payable.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilulu platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering or maintaining more than one (1) jilulu account;
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit on jilulu;
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to obscure the origin of funds;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with jilulu games or systems;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an undue advantage;
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 7 of these Terms;
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilulu staff or other Platform users;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise jilulu's software or security systems.
Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the jilulu platform, including but not limited to the jilulu brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilulu platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any jilulu content without the Operator's prior written consent.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of jilulu's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable law.
Responsible Gaming
11.1 jilulu is committed to promoting responsible gambling in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. The Operator provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered Players in their account settings:

11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon application and take effect across all jilulu game categories. Players who have self-excluded may not circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Attempting to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

11.4 21+ Only. jilulu enforces the 21+ age restriction as a mandatory legal and regulatory requirement. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to applicable verification.
Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's jilulu account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
- Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
- Player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach, the Operator may, at its discretion, withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are withheld, the Player will be notified of the reason and the expected timeline for resolution where legally permissible.
12.3 Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact jilulu support to initiate a formal review. The Operator will provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of receiving a complete written query.
Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilulu's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the sixty (60) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the jilulu platform, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 The Operator does not warrant that the jilulu platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability, and the Operator shall not be liable for any loss arising therefrom.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any disputes between you and the Operator that cannot be resolved through jilulu's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, jilulu is subject to the rules, regulations, and directives of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. PAGCOR retains supervisory jurisdiction over all matters arising from jilulu's operation as a licensed online gaming platform.
Amendments to These Terms
15.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilulu will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email, SMS, or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, and updates required by regulatory instruction — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
15.3 Your continued use of the jilulu platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using jilulu and request account closure.
